- Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package and record a video of the unboxing. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
- Exchanges
For incorrect or defective items, we offer exchanges upon approval. Return the item within 7 days, and once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
